We are an Open and Affirming Church .

Our church family is a covenanting community that welcomes all people.  In keeping with our Vision Statement, we affirm that people of all racial and ethnic backgrounds, sexual orientations, gender identities, economic levels, and ages are welcome into the full life and ministry of this church.

Our church stands with other UCC churches in the Open and Affirming (ONA) Program of the United Church of Christ Coalition for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender Concerns.

It is a privilege for the church to celebrate the covenantal relationships of couples, whether gay or straight. Such celebrations not only honor the commitment of two persons to each other, they also declare the relationship of the couple to a congregation, and of all of us to God.
